iOS 4.0.1 to 4.3.1 upgrade?

So I was planning in upgrading my sisters phone to 4.3.1 but then 4.3.2 was released and an untethered jailbreak isn't available as of yet. Does anyone know if it's possible to bypass Apple since they no longer sign 4.3.1 upgrades? I already have a copy of iOS 4.3.1 but don't know how to install it without iTunes.

You should have started saving her shsh blobs using tinyumbrella right away.
If you didnt you should do it right now. It will probably grab 4.3.2 but do it anyway and wait for the 4.3.2 untethered.

You dont have to be JB to plug in your iphone and start saving its shsh blobs with TU. It will save a copy on your computer and on cydias server.
