Probably has been stated before.... but, is this the same version that will be released with the iPhone 4. Like is it the same build that will officially be released whenever Apple decides to release it to the 3G S users. If so, then I will upgrade it now. I just don't want to cause any problems with my phone because I baby it. Thanks!

historically it has been....
 
Not a dev, but it should be. I think GM versions are so devs can get their apps ready and working when 4.0 does come out to the public. Maybe a few bug fixes in the public version.
