iPod touch iOS 4.1 numeric battery help

My ipod started life on 3.1.3 jailbroken with spirit. I used SBSettings for a numeric battery. I went to 4.0, did the same thing. Then I upgraded to 4.1 (I didn't even remove the jailbreak, or anything, went straight from jailbroken 4.0 to 4.1) and I had numeric battery on 4.1. Is that why? I just restored my ipod because I'm selling it and it doesn't have it anymore.

If it's an Apple feature (ie. just a setting in the prefs rather than a add-on program), it'll be restored with any backup.
Works for emoji and custom network names as well.
