iOS 4.1 ringtone by contact lost feature?

Upgraded now I do NOT see how I can do this. Lost all specific ringtones by contact on the upgrade. Is this feature lost or what is procedure in 4.1 to do this?
 
weird

Well to answer my own question that option has now appeared. I was not there ten minutes after upgrade. Now it works again!
