I have researched Google and many other websites...
Still have yet to find what changes/fixes are in it.

I did... I don't trust wikipedia though! See how all of them have "citation needed"? (They don't cite any sources...)
You don't trust wikipedia but you are going to trust a random post on a rumors forum?

The inevitable statement... The rumors sites often have reliable sources, am I correct?

4.1 doesn’t have much from what I can see. I removed it because I couldn’t load apps with Xcode when running 4.1

Look at 3.1 and 2.1... Not point releases, yet still pulled off many more features/tweaks than 4.1

iOS 3.1 and 2.1 made modifications to the new features in iOS 3. There were NO major new features. Please do some research first.

iOS 4.1 will mainly be for bug fixes and performance improvements (mainly for iPod touch 2G and iPhone 3G). There will be minor modifications to features released in iOS 4 and possibly the release of Game Center. Other than that, nothing.

Tethering, Google Maps street view, Genius, and App organization maybe? Someone join in if you can think of anything else. I've had the iPhone since the original, so I know what has been added.

OK, yes 2.1 added a lot of new features. Genius was initially added in 2.1, and modified to support other things in 3.1 (again not new features, modifications to the current).

Yes, what I was trying to say is that I don't expect much at all from a x.x.(x) release, but expect more from a x.1 and/or x.2 release.
