If your phone is jailbroken you can use your own, you have to ssh into your phone and change the files

Yes I know, I was just wondering.
Im kinda curious as to why someone hasnt made a jb app that replaces the originals.

You can replace the default tones with WinterBoard. However if you use an SMS app like Bite SMS it let's you choose custom tones in the app, veer sweet

Ringtone Maker Pro, it cost .99 cents and you can make any of your songs into a ring tone. You can choose any portion of the song. Oh yeah it is in the App store.
