I'm hearing a lot of stuff about new features and that some apply only to iPhone 4, and not to 3GS. For one, the Find my iPhone feature, it can be used on the 3GS but only after being activated on a newest generation iOS device. I'm also hearing people saying that the new SMS tones are only for iPhone 4... is that true?? Are there any other features that are left out of the 3GS?

Is there really any point in updating a 3GS??

If you have an Apple TV, it's worth it for AirTunes. Although everything I have on my phone I already have on my laptop... But for those times when my laptop is closed and I'm too lazy to get up off the couch to open it, AirTunes does the trick.

Airprint, more like air-rip works as long as you have a compatible HP printer.

3Gs owners are slowly getting faded out, even though apple still sells 3Gs.
We got cut from find my iphone and the better list of custom SMS tones.

But who cares about my 3Gs, the Beatles are now on itunes (being sarcastic).
