Hi,
I have new iPhone with (out of the box) iOS 4.3.4,
so No SHSH = No downgrade to 4.3.3

As of now, No untethered jailbreak for 4.3.4, & probably never will !

So,
Is 4.3.4 "Tethered Jailbreak" better ? then say

iOS 5.0 b4, "tethered jailbreak" ?
Non developer = I have to use activation hack.

If Apple releases 5.0 b5,
Is it compulsary for me to update to 5.0 b5, or I can still use "b4" ?

And, In a Tethered Jailbreak, (4.3.4 or 5.0 b4)

If a reboot of iPhone is done (without PC),
will the iPhone boot in "Non-jailbroken " state ?
or will it go in recovery mode ?

If you are not a developer, I would stay away from the beta. Beta are buggy and should not be run on a primary device. I would go with 4.3.5 if I were you, which is the latest Apple release.

I wholeheartedly agree. I have 4.3.5 now and it is going just fine. No issues whatsoever.

Ain't it kinda illegal to use the beta versions without paying for the developers license ! Oh well.

I leave the beta versions for those who know what to do it something glitches.

You have just only got the phone so why want to jailbreak it so soon.
My advice is to get to know the device before playing with its internal files.

The threads are littered with help me posts after running into issues they dont understand because of little knowledge on what they are doing.

If you upgrade to 4.3.4 or 4.3.5 then jailbreaking wont be an option for a while until the workaround is released.

Exactly. Stick with 4.3.5 for the time being and research jailbreaking before you do it. Otherwise, we'll be helping you when you think you've 'bricked' your phone.

What iPhone is it?
If it's a 3GS apple is signing 4.1 . If you want an untethered u should downgrade. If no then 4.3.5 is always the choice .

I don't use iOS5 beta because of all the bugs and glitches. I would steer clear of the beta until the full iOS5 releases.
