iOS 4.3 and messages

I updated to 4.3 earlier this morning when I learned that it launched. I have noticed a new glitch, among some that were present with 4.2.1 and still haven't been fixed. When I receive a message from someone I get the tone once, but now it vibrates twice with one message.

I have the same thing happen to me. I guess its a new feature? Now when i get a text message and I have the phone on silent its buzzes twice?

Yeah, I just wish apple would have atleast said something about it. Kinda made me freak that my phone is messed up.
