If I have installed the iOS 4.3 GM do I need to Restore with iTunes and get the "Official" 4.3 release from Apple?

Thanks!
 
iOS 4.3 GM is identical in every single way to the iOS 4.3 that came out this morning. You essentially have the same thing.
