iOS 4.3 jailbreak help

Hi guys.
I'm wondering how to jailbreak iPhone for a 4.3 device. pls give me a working forum or YouTube link.
Currently, I'm running 4.2.1. If I use sborganizer and pkg backup before jailbreak, will I have the same layout after jailbreaking ?
And, what about the packages, will they work after 4.3 jailbreak?

Please help me out guys!

Since you are already on 4.3, why don't you just upgrade it to 4.3.1.
