I love the concept of AirPlay, but I've only really used it to redirect audio to my Apple TV (Pandora, XM, etc.).

That said, I think there is one great use case for AirPlay video - it would be AWESOME to be able to shoot HD video on my iPhone and then AirPlay it to my Apple TV. I was really surprised that Apple didn't take the opportunity to add this functionality with iOS 4.3. Anyone else think this is a big gap??

UPDATE: I just noticed that I can AirPlay video from the 'Photos' app, but not if I access the same 'camera roll' from the camera App itself (by touching the image in the bottom left of the camera app). Really weird that they would add it in one place but not the other, but at least it's there.....

 AirPlay of video shot on my iPhone 4 works great!

Close your photo app in the status tray, then open photos and try it.

Airplay is really inconsistent for me.

Also, it doesn't play videos from Safari (such as NYTimes homepage videos).
