iOS 4.3 to arrive as early as Thursday?

Could the dev team have been waiting for this to come out before releasing an untethered JB for us iPhone 4 owners?? I hope the answer is yes. I want to keep my jailbreak but I want airplay too!

Doubt it, we need to see a Developers release before a public release specially if such a feature a subscription base will be introduce. (now maybe some "premium" developers of magazine already got their hands on a beta release, possible...but no likely)

However as far as Dev teams goes, no they were not waiting, they are working on Exploits and crash they got in order to make it untethered, so far only one seen to work well enough but it require to start from 4.1 or 4.2B3, they are trying to find one that works well on 4.2.1 without any Downgrade involve. (this is not really confidential info, if you hang around the IRC and the Dev team blogs you can get all this info)
