No, because it's not publically available.

No, because it's not publically available.

And even if you tried, it would time out verifying with Apple. Then tell you that you're not part of the developer program and hang your device on the Connect to iTunes screen until you boot it into DFU mode and manually restore it.

The update should be rolled out sometime within the next month, hopefully before February, not sure if Apple will hold a conference or event for it yet, but its almost a year since the last iPad was announced, so they may do an event like that near the one year mark and release 4.3 publicly.

The ios 4.3 is just for app developers, You can not download it now, juts wait for few days with patient.

It is a developer's release. Meaning enrolled iOS developers have access to the beta releases of 4.3. Otherwise, no. The public release shouldn't be too far away if two betas are already out, but then again, last time it took forever even with golden masters out.

i hope they have fixed the hdmi handshake issue...its a real pain having to reach behind my tv to switch it manually. But why must we wait till 4.3...i want it now.

I heard the new one is hotspot of WIFI, and multi-touch? for iPad? I'm not so clear about the new beta, actually, I think ios 4.1 is enough for iPod Touch 4
