iOS 4 download help

Hey everyone got itunes 9.2 and the 4.0 GM seed download. restored it to the 4.0 and the os is installed but it asks to be sinked to itunes i sink it and it says "could not make connection to iPhone..." and stays at the connect to itunes screen with a slide for emergency and signal and battery in the corner.

nope the 4.0 is on it except it asks to be connected to itunes. tried DFU and restarted it
