iOS 4 folder capacity

So, apparently folders have a capacity. I am trying to fit another game into my games folder, but I can't fit it. It won't let me. Has anyone else noticed this?

Folders fit 12 apps. You can see 9 of them when not in the folder

No. No one in the past nine days has noticed that you can only have 12 items in a folders. It's not like it was listed in reviews before the iPhone even came out, or in any notes about iOS 4 betas.

The designers apparently decided that one of their requirements was to have all of the apps within a folder visible on the screen. Given the way folders are displayed, that accounts for the limit of 12.
