There was a video of Jobs at the WWDC announcing iPhone 4 and iOS and in this video, he talks about how they got multitasking just right by separating what apps to most into 7 (seven) categories, where he lists them one by one, then he talks also about privacy, etc, etc. I thought that that video was here:

at least this is where I think I watched it the next day (June 8th). But I just watched it and it seems to have changed.

Um, I don't know what you're talking about. Skip to 1:39:25 into the keynote address and you're at the point where that still image was taken. It's still the same exact video that Apple put up after the WWDC keynote.
