IOS 4: Less fields in "Contacts"?

Waited in line for 7 Hours to get Hubby's reserved iPhone 4. (I'm waiting for the white one.).. As we were going through checking out features and updating his contacts, we noticed there is no longer a field for a work phone number. We could only pull up a mobile field and an iPhone field. It doesn't show up in "Add field" either. Are we missing something or does Apple not believe in work numbers??? =)

Wondering if anyone has any tips or insights?

When I tap on "mobile" or "iPhone" next to the phone number, I get a list with home, work and many more labels and I can add a custom one too.
