IOS 4 with 3G - Folders?

Can we do folders on IOS4 with a 3G?

And if so - how?

I did so on my 3gs. Hold down on an app until it wiggles and drag it onto another app you want to put it with in a folder. The icons will change, let go and now you can rename that folder to whatever you want and add up to 12 apps in that folder.

seriously? yes you can hold down the apps like your gonna delete them then drag one on top of the other.

Yes. Click and hold an app until it starts jiggling, then drag it on top of another app.
