IOS 4.X bug??

I notice that on both my iphone 4 running 4.1 and my ipad running 4.2 GM that sometimes when im playing music from the ipod app, if i click to the next song it will sometimes skip exactly like 50 seconds into the song. I've seen it multiple times on all different songs. Anyone else?

I've only had 4.2 a few days and I've never had it. I remember the bug where in search it would play a song from the same album instead of the actual song you clicked v
