iOS 5.0.1 (BB 03.10.01) + Gevey Pro (no jailbreak)

Hey guys. So I had my iPhone working on iOS 5.0 with BB 03.10.01 with no jailbreak, unlocked via Gevey.
Then I updated to 5.0.1 preserving baseband using redsn0w and activated it using the original AT&T SIM. Everything seemed ok, the ICCID shows correctly, but when I put another SIM with Gevey Pro, the Carrier on the General -> About does not change to "Carrier Lab" as it did before, but stays on "AT&T". The ICCID also says "No SIM".
What could it be?

Hi. I also updated to 5.0.1 with the 03.10.01 baseband, but when I insert my sim card with the gevey I only get no sim in the top left corner and nothing else... Don't you have any solution or idea to help me? Thanks in advance.
