For those of you that had a problem with App Store app listing a purchase tab, it appears to be removed. Now when you see an app listed in the App Store app that you previously purchased, you see install next to the app icon instead of price of item. So with that being said, do you think this is a good change or not?

Was this an issue? Worked correct from day 1 for me

I believe the issue with some users was the fact that other people that have access to your Apple device could see all of the purchases you made.

Yes sorry I misunderstood your post, I'll have to check that out. I actually like it so I know what I've downloaded previously but how about allowing a right click to hide purchase?

If you don't want people to see your purchases then don't give them your device.

There never was a purchased tab it has always been at the top of the upgrades tab and still is.

My mistake, it did not show up at first when I updated to iOS 5 beta 5. You are correct, it is under the Updates tab where it has always been.

The purchased apps tab is useful and I voted "Yes".
Before it first appeared in iOS 4.3, there was no way to find directly on my device which applications I had bought. I had to use iTunes or check my email to find the iTunes receipts.
Now it is more convenient. All your purchased apps listed in one place. Fortunately Apple did not remove this feature.
