iOS 5.1.1 hide 6.0 update notification?

Jailbroken 4s, iOS 5.1.1. I'm trying to figure out how to hide the red 1 on my system icon on the home screen. I've googled around but I can only find fixes for prior to 5.1.1. Any ideas is helpful. Thanks.

Also I'm new to ios so any tips in general would be nice. I've read up pretty thoroughly an have the phone set up for how I want it. Safari download enabler/uploader, etc. Thanks again!
