I am currently running Ios 4.1 on baseband 2.10.04. I am planning to upgrade to Ios 5.1 while preserving my baseband. I did some research online and found out that I will lose my Gevey unlock if I update to 5.1 on baseband 2.10.04. If anyone is running it successfully can you please let me know.
I have no SSH saved so I can't upgrade to 5.0.1 which I think works with Gevey sim.

edit: sorry. you're talking about the iphone 4. you should be fine and the gevey should still work if you update. have a gevey with the 4.10 baseband or w/e for my iphone 4 and it works

Yes I have a iphone 4 but wanna know if gevey sim is supported on Iphone 4 running Ios 5.1 on baseband 2.10.04.

If you have an iPhone 4, then I do not think you will get the 2.10.04 baseband, that is for the 4S. You will get 4.12.01 (GSM) or 3.0.04 (CDMA). No idea if they work with a Gevey.

EDIT: Please ignore this posting - as you can see below I misunderstood the question!

The 2.10.xx is an iPhone4 baseband from 4.1 firmware version

Copy/paste directly from iPhone Wiki

Code:
4.1	Baker 8B117	02.10.04	iPhone3,1_4.1_8B117_Restore.ipsw

Many report the Gevey sim interposer works on 5.1, but the FuriousMod hack does not, check the Applenberry website for details
