Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_3_2 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.17.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Mobile/8H7 Safari/6533.18.5)

I'm wondering if anyone with the iOS GM can answer an AirPlay question for me. Is mirroring to Apple TV working with all apps? I have heard that it doesn't work with Hulu Plus, and I'm wondering if it will work with other streaming video apps like the ABC and NBC players, and the new TBS and TNT apps. Thanks.

it's working with BBC iPlayer,4OD and demand 5, they're UK apps that don't allow normal airplay.

AFAIK, apps cannot block airplay mirroring, as it's down on the OS level, not the app level.

Great info. Thanks. AirPlay mirroring is what I'm looking most forward to with the release of iOS 5, and I think with this huge step, AppleTV is finally going to start coming into its own. Like I tell everyone with an iPhone or iPad, you haven't really unlocked its potential until you have an ATV!
