iOS 5 back to iOS 4 help

I have a verizon iphone I jailbroke. I previously had version 4.2.10. I restored and updated to iOS 5 and didn't like it so I want to go back. Is there any way to do that? I have the 4.2.10 SHSH blobs and the ipsw 4.2.10 saved.
If so how to I go about doing this?
If not can someone explain why?
