I need help with the wifi sync. I've upgraded my iphone from ios 5 beta 2 and I also have done the itunes new beta 2. I have enabled sync wifi on itunes and for some reason the wifi sync doesnt work. When i go into settings itunes sync on ios 5 it doesnt let me sync. I dont get why. I have also plugged it into the wall outlet incase it had to be on a power source but that too doesnt seem to work. Can someone please help. Thanks

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 5_0 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/534.46 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Mobile/9A5248d Safari/6533.18.5)

Are you running os x lion or 10.5.8 as wifi sync not for windows yet I don't think.

Reboot the machine running iTunes. It seems like some daemon isn't restarting correctly on install that needs to be. A restart seems to clear this up.

I have the most recent os x for snow leopard, i have also restarted my macbook pro numerous times and same for my iphone.

There's a discussion similar to yours, and there seems to be a fix, on the developer forums. Try looking there.
