iOS 5 beta 5 restore from iCloud?

How do you do it? I did the erase settings and content, then upgraded to b5, but now what? I have a blank phone, can't find a button to restore from iCloud anywhere.

Initial set up after upgrade gives you choice of restoring from iCloud, restoring from iTunes or set up as new iPhone. Try erasing all content and settings and try again.

Another problem I'm having now, is that its not vibrating to every text...only in some circumstances. Can't tell if there's anything specific causing it.
