iOS 5 Beta: Conference calls cut in and out

On conference calls initiated by me, all callers cuts in and out, but when I'm the recipient of conference calls then the voice is fine.

This issue has been around since Beta 2, I was hoping Beta 3 would solve this, but it still persists.

Is anyone else having this problem? Potential workaround?

btw, I'm on Canada's Rogers network.

Why on earth are you running beta software on your every day phone, especially when you need it for important conference calls?
