iOS 5 - Camera Bug?

I noticed something today while playing around with iOS 5. If you open the Camera app you can press the + button to take pictures, but if you access the Camera through the lockscreen, then the + button does not work at all.

Are you jailbroken? If so then this is a known bug. I read somewhere the developer of activator is fixing it.
