Ive just updated to ios 5 and im I'm trying to find the root folder I'm iPhone explorer. The only folders I see are the apps and media folder. My phone needed to be restored to sync back up so I used iPhone explorer to go in the root and extract my address book file. Now it looks like I can't find a way to put that file back in. Any suggestions?

You can only access the root folder on a jailbroken iDevice.
-__- so how do I get my contacts back with the address book file? Is there a way i can import that file into the contacts app on my mac?

That or just restore your iPhone from a backup or resync them over from your computer's address book.

For some reason I wasn't able to back up my iPhone because data was corrupted and the only way was to restore it. I didn't and since then got some new numbers. I restored yesterday and my last backup was in August so I lost all the numbers I gained since then.
