Under the iOS 5 GM on both my iPad and iPhone 4 if i go to wifi and click on a network and then try to click "manage network" a popup displays redirecting me too "Airport Utility" on the app store. The link isn't active yet though. In previous beta's I could manage my airport base stations from the wifi panel.
