Hey guys,

So I'm probably making a stupid mistake but majority of the songs on my iPod Touch are grayed out. They are there but I just can't listen to them. Once I go into the settings and turn on Home Sharing, I then am allowed to listen to all of the songs on my iPod Touch without them being grayed out. So basically its making it so that the only way I can have access to all my songs is by being connected to Wifi.. otherwise it will gray most of them out. Any advice on what I can do so that all my songs will be available again on my iPod Touch without the need of wifi? And by the way, when I turned sharing off, it just made all the songs grayed out on the iPod. Thanks for your help!

My guess is that the songs that are grayed out are not actually on your ipod but rather on your computer that is sharing them over wifi to your ipod. But I don't have an ipod to prove it.

I think so too. But I'm having a problem figuring out how to get them on my iPod without it being shared. I've made sure that iTunes is set to sync all my music in my library and I've even turned off home sharing but none of that worked.
