iOS 5/iPhone 4 volume issue

Since I upgraded to iOS 5, volume on my iPhone 4 has been extremely low. I can barely hear the sound. Ringtones/songs all are extremely low. I have checked the volume limiter and EQ, and they are all off. Anybody else having this issue?
