Hi, I read that iOS 5 doesn't come out until next Wednesday, but I keep reading people's impressions of it here. How do you have the iOS yet if it's not being released? Does apple offer it beta through iTunes or is it a jailbreak? Gracias.

It's not out. Anyone saying they have it has either downloaded it illegitimately (likely the majority) or are developers.
Yes, but you have to have a developer account to get it.
Or there other less scrupulous ways.
It's not jailbreak, it's developers leaking the files. It's all over the web and rss feeds.
