IOS 5 No Modem Firmware, stuck on searching

ok i have a Iphone 4 on ios 5.0.1 (9a405)
Model: MC318LL
Modem Firmware ________ NOTHING!
Where it should show my signal (3G, E whatever) Only shows searching 24/7
Sim in sim out all the same ( i have tried 3 different sim cards)
Anyone seen this ? any help would be great

Restored it a number of times an nothing changed this issue

Looks like a hardware issue.
