When i was on iOS4, I used to download the Emoji app from the AppStore to use the emoticons in the messages.

When i upgraded to iOS 5, i was happy to see that it had inbuilt emoji keyboard. But that happiness short lived as i realized that, with the emoji keyboard of iOS 5, even the basic smilies such as ":) or :( " are not displayed on NON iOS devices. This was not the case with the emoji keyboards that are downloaded from the AppStore. The basic smilies used to be displayed correctly on the NON iOS devices.

So i want to know how can i replace the emoji keyboard of iOS 5 with the keyboard of emoji apps downloaded from AppStore.

Or can someone tell me the location of the keyboards in iOS filesystem so that i can delete the iOS 5's emoji keyboard and install from AppStore.
