I have an iPhone 4 iOS 5 that has been updated since it came out and when I Brought it into the Apple store due to the touch screen was not responding properly and they did a "reset all settings" and the stated that no data or media will be deleted -- and and afterwards everything else was there my contacts, some of my calendars but my photos from a few days ago got removed and I really need to obtain those photos.

Right now my iPhone is the only device I use for work and was not paired with a specific machine nor was photo stream or anything like that enabled at the time, just iCloud Back-ups and was not able to recover them at all.

Any way to get them back?

Thanks
