IOS 5 update on ipad - ibooks has no collections

I just updated to IOS 5. I have a lot of PDFs in ibooks. I had these in collections.

Since the update to IOS5, I have no collections anymore, just a list of PDFs.

I also have no collections button to create collections.

HELP!
