iOS 5, wi-fi synching to Macbook Pro

Ok, for the wireless synching to your computer, what do you need to set up for it to work?

I tried telling iOS 5 to synch wireless over wi-fi to my MBP and it tells me Sync will resume when "Macbook pro" is ready.

I don't see anywhere where I tell it how to talk to my macbook pro... I am running itunes 10.5 beta 7 on Snow Leopard (do I need Lion for it to work? is that the only thing I'm missing?).
