Possibly, but it is unknown at this time as the jailbreak community does not know the proper capabilities entity to activate it. It is possible with iPhone 4 hardware and 3Gs hardware. But it may not work on the 3Gs, because it lacks VGA/HDMI out unlike the iPhone 4.
