ios 5b1 to iOS 5b3 problem! PLEASE HELP ME!

I really don't think anyone can help me but it's worth asking I think. I updated to iOS 5 beta 1 (no problems) on my GF's CPU. We broke up so of course her CPU isnt available to use anymore. So last night I tried to update to iOS 5 beta 3 on another CPU. I hit sync before I did updated and I seen sync complete. The phone or CPU didn't do much so I hit it again to be safe. Got complete sync again. So I updated to iOS 5 beta 3 and came to the restore from back up part. My sync was nowhere to be found. So I had to set up as new. I will probably get fired if I don't get the information back on my phone from before. Is there anything I can do?? Somebody please help me or refer me to someone or somewhere who can!
