iOS 6.0.2 being signed again?

According to Just a penguin website ios 6.0.2 is being signed.Can anyone confirm? Look at the updates on the right on the bottom of the home page..As of 11/12/13.probobaly an error.

Looks like (according to their site) that only the Apple TV firmwares are being signed. Unfortunately, I don't have one to confirm with.

From what i can see it is only for the Apple TV. As having further looked through that site, 6.0.2 is not avilable for ipads or Ipods or iPhones, just for AppleTV specified.
