iOS 6.0.2. Slow app download speed via wifi

I thought that the problem with slow app download would be fixed in iOS 6.0.2, but now I have 6.0.2 and I often have to wait for 10minutes to download an 3mb app. I tried to turn off Genius for apps and to change the settings of my wifi router, but it's useless. What should I do? Is it a problem of the hardware or of the software? The speed of wifi connection in general is ok: I've checked it with speedtest a lot of times, and safari works pretty good. But the speed of apps download is terrible #
