General iOS 6.1.2 has slowed down cydia and vshare doesn't work

Can you elaborate? What do you mean, "it slowed down Cydia"?

Cydia packages give time out error and when I try to add another repo like sinfuliphone it doesn't allow me, it says time out again.

Moreover, vshare cannot be installed from web.
