IOS 6.1 broke airplay?

iPhone 4 & iPad(3)
After 6.1 update, both lost the ability to use AirPlay. The option is just gone, both for mirroring on the iPad, and YouTube and other videos on both... Am I alone here?

Working fine on my iphone 4 after update. Try a fresh install?

My iPhone 5 AirPlay broke also after updating to 6.1 and the appletv to 5.2. Had to reset the network connection on the appletv and reboot it. Works fine now.
