Hi,

I got burned twice in the past by upgrading my iPhone 3G and iPad 1 to newer versions of iOS because the devices just where slower afterwards. In the case of the iPad not very much but just not as snappy anymore with iOS 5 ( it was ).

Now to me there is no big feature that wants me to upgrade to iOS6 but it is very often the many little things that makes the OS just nicer.

Therefore my question - on iPhone 4s or iPad 3 - do you experience anything to be slower then in iOS 5? I really mean anything.

I am aware of the maps issue but that wouldn't stop me as I can easily use the Google Web App.

Thanks for your feedback.

iOS 6 is actually faster for me on my iPhone 4 except for when I'm in the App Store app. That's somewhat slower.

Me (who has a jailbroken iPhone 4S running iOS5) and my friend (who has a iPhone 4S running stock iOS6) did some speed comparisons and the speed seemed exactly the same :)
