iOS 6 AppStore Layout

I've iOS 6 Beta 2 on my iPhone 3G S & iPhone 4S and noticed the AppStore button layout to be different, check out the Updates Top Charts, Search & Genius buttons. No big deal but wonder why they might have done this:

I really wonder why they removed the developer name and the star rating system. I mean, this new interface looks kinda nice, but not being able to see who made the apps and how good it is... I dunno.

It's a bug. It's supposed to be how it is in the second picture.

The tabs aren't part of the app, they load from Apple's servers(that's why the App Store is so slow). The tabs keep changing order for me.
