I used to have to charge my Ipad 3 every 2-3 days or so depending on usage I picked up my Ipad today for the first Time since fri and last charge thurs and it was still at 84%. Ios 6 is much better on battery life then ios 5

I've seen a few people say that the iPad has great battery life on B2, but the exact opposite on the iPhone.

I went back to 5.1.1 because of crappy battery life on the phone

Unfortunately beta 2 has caused issues to my battery life. Not as good as iOS 5 :(

I guess it somewhat depends on the user. Still waiting for beta 3 to pop up anytime soon!

I would say mine has been worse since switching over to the beta on my 4S.

Regardless though I still have to charge multiple times a day...
I take mine off the charger at 7AM. By 2PM or so at work I'm usually around 20% so I'll charge it up to 80% then that generally lasts me the rest of the night.

I was having no battery life problems until yesterday and suddenly I'm dropping several % per hour without doing anything. Apparently I have a gremlin process somewhere that hasn't been resolved by closing all apps and rebooting. So, I might need a reinstall. Been trying to wait for beta 3 but might have to do it unless anyone has better advice.

yep battery not great for me either fully charged battery went on bike ride used mapmyride and listened to music from iphone my phone died 50 min into my ride.

Less than one hour of battery life? Somethings not right there.

Terrible battery life on my iPhone 4 with beta 2. All day usage brings me down to around 5-10%

My iPad 2 battery is pretty good on beta 2

My 4S battery is fantastic on beta 2 compared to iOS 5.1.1 ... really pleased, and will continue to be if these improvements make their way into the final release.
