I don't think he's a developer. OP, you have to be a registered iOS developer to legally access the GM. That means you have to have paid developer privileges.
There are other ways to get the GM, but be warned. You could be thrown in jail.
Yeah, the people that have iOS 6 now either a) devs with the GM or b) acquired it though illegal means that we aren't permitted to discuss here.
